(May 31, 2013, Baton Rouge, Louisiana): Resource Environmental Solutions (RES) is underway planting restorative vegetation along key Louisiana barrier islands. The West Belle Pass Restoration Project in Lafourche Parish is a joint effort funded through the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection, and Restoration Act by the State of Louisianaʼs Coastal Protection and Restoration Agency and the federal National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrationʼs National Marine Fisheries Service.

The $35 million project is a multi-phase barrier headland restoration that includes supply and planting of 62,000 native, salt-hardened coastal grasses including sea oats, bitter panicum and smooth cordgrass. The goals of this project are to reestablish the eroded West Belle Pass headland via dune and marsh creation and to prevent increased erosion along the adjacent bay shoreline. The West Belle Pass headland provides crucial protection for Americaʼs oil and gas industry as Port Fourchon lies directly behind the protective barrier islands.

Resource Environmental Solutions, Louisianaʼs leading provider of ecological offset solutions, operates the nursery at Pointe Aux Chenes, Louisiana where commercial volumes of native plants, trees and coastal grasses are propagated and cultivated for large scale restoration efforts. RES vegetation installation crews are seen planting at http://www.fox8live.com/story/22462946/louisianas-newest-beach-provides- extra-defense-just-in-time-for-hurricane-season and through the Resource Environmental Solutions photo gallery at http://www.houmatoday.com/apps/pbcs.dll/gallery?Site=HC&Date=20130530&Category =PHOTOGALLERY&ArtNo=530009995&Ref=PH&show=galleries.

“The RES team has successfully grown, supplied and planted restorative species along the Gulf Coast, including several complex barrier island and headland projects. Large quantity restorative plantings are vital to ensuring the success of dune, beach and marsh creation projects. The results of our efforts directly help to maintain Louisianaʼs fragile coastline and also ensure continued economic activity in an area often battered by hurricanes and storm surge,” said Elliott Bouillion, RES chief executive officer.

Resource Environmental Solutions (RES), founded in Baton Rouge, a national ecological restoration company, with operations in Louisiana, Texas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, donated 2,500 live oak and cypress trees throughout 57 parishes in Louisiana including Orleans and surrounding parishes, announced CEO Elliott Bouillion. With the unanimous passing of HCR86 on May 8, 2013, RES received formal commendation for its donation by the entire Louisiana Legislature.

The donated live oak and cypress trees were grown and potted at RES’ 640-acre native grass and tree nursery near Pointe Aux Chenes in Terrebonne Parish. The trees were planted throughout Louisiana parishes in March and April, with site selection assistance provided by local legislators.

District 4 State Senator Ed Murray stated, “These live oak trees are a great gift from Resource Environmental Solutions that help beautify our city and park, but also help us restore the many trees lost in Hurricane Katrina. We are one step further in restoring refuge and habitats for the park’s wildlife and balancing its ecosystem. We thank RES for their donation and also The Picard Group for facilitating such a powerful environmental initiative.”

“With this generous donation of trees from RES, we are able to return the beauty to and rehabilitate the environment in St. Bernard parish that was shattered by Hurricane Katrina. RES’ effort is not only generous, but revitalizing and for that we in St. Bernard Parish are truly grateful,” said Senator J.P. Morrell (D-St. Bernard).

Bouillion noted “Each day, communities find themselves closer and closer to open water, more vulnerable to hurricanes, sea level rise and rivers that overflow their banks. Trees stabilize the environment and wetlands ecosystems. RES is thrilled to be the leader in ecological restoration of Louisiana. Balancing economic development with ecological restoration helps grow Louisiana infrastructure and maintain a self-sustaining environment.

Since the company’s founding in 2007, RES has planted over 5 million trees on 22,000 acres of restored native habitat as part of ecological restoration efforts throughout Louisiana. Restoration sites are specifically selected to ensure the best chance of tree survival and enable large-scale, contiguous ecosystems.

RES, the leading provider of wetland and stream mitigation solutions for the U.S. energy industry, worked alongside SPL and their environmental consultant as they executed a multi-‐year, multi-‐jurisdictional regulatory approval process under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) that included site permitting and compliance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.

Successful LNG operations require marine access to facilitate economical shipboard import and export. The Sabine Pass LNG terminal is located on 853 acres of land along the Sabine Pass River, on the border between Texas and Louisiana, in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. The plant is located within and surrounded by dredged material placement area, providing a protective buffer for neighboring environmentally sensitive coastal and estuarine marsh habitats.

This LNG expansion project enables America’s LNG export capability, creates new jobs in Cameron Parish and demonstrates the successful balance of economic development and proactive environmental planning.

Sabine Pass Liquefaction received approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in April of 2012 to commence the site expansion project that will initiate export of LNG from the United States.

Elliott Bouillion, CEO of Resource Environmental Solutions, commented, “As a Louisiana native and an avid sportsman who enjoys Louisiana’s coastal marshland, it was an honor for our team at RES to provide a sound wetland mitigation solution for Cheniere which will allow for the

continued habitat of Louisiana’s fish and fowl in southwestern Louisiana, and, at the same time, provide economic stimulus to the State by facilitating the global export of LNG from Louisiana.”

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, September 5, 2012: Resource Environmental Solutions, L.L.C. (RES), announces the approval by the New Orleans District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of a new wetland mitigation bank serving south-‐central Louisiana. The Caney Creek Mitigation Bank, located approximately 8 miles west of Mamou, Louisiana, will reestablish over 492 acres of bottomland hardwood and baldcypress-‐tupelo forest. The resulting credits will be used to compensate for unavoidable wetland impacts from permitted project activity in the Mermentau Headwaters watersheds.

The Bank’s primary service area, which covers portions of Evangeline, Acadia, Jefferson Davis and Allen Parishes, is also the location of a significant migratory bird flyway. Conversion of the Bank site to a forested ecosystem will restore a wetland community as a species-‐diverse, sustainable ecosystem by increasing the quantity of bottomland hardwood and bald cypress-‐tupelo wetland habitat for resident and migratory wildlife. The watershed itself benefits from site restoration by retention of surface water runoff, stream flow maintenance, nutrient cycling, aquatic productivity, and the reduction of non-‐point source pollution (nutrients and suspended solids) originating from agricultural activities.

As new commercial development and pipeline corridor projects will occur in the regions within, surrounding and traversing the Bank’s service
