Kevin Reilly serves as the General Manager for the burgeoning West Coast region. Since joining RES in 2018, he has provided oversight and management for a wide variety of design and construction projects. The planning and execution of diverse and numerous land development, green infrastructure and stream restoration projects are business as usual. Project management highlights include leading teams in the acquisition of land, design, construction at Rainbow Creek in San Diego County, the Newark Slough Mitigation Bank’s 114.61 acre site, the 811.08-acre North Delta Fish Conservation Bank in Rio Vista, Calif., and the mammoth Klamath River Renewal project in Klamath and Siskiyou counties.
Before tackling the West Coast region, Kevin served as the Senior Project Manager on the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District Rainscaping Grants Program and as the Land and Project Management Team Leader for Wisconsin Nutrients.
Prior to joining for RES, Kevin served as Land Development Project Manager for McBride & Son Homes and as a planner and landscape designer. He earned his BS in Environmental Planning from Delaware Valley University and his MS in City & Regional Planning from Pratt Institute.
