Rich has over 25 years of hands-on professional experience as a landman primarily active in KY, WV, TN, VA, OH, and PA while serving the energy, renewables, telecommunications, land conservancy, and non-profit sectors. He has compiled a wide range of practical experience in all facets of land title and acquisition work and associated real property matters.
Rich is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Political Science and holds the Certified Professional Landmen (CPL) accreditation, and is a proud, active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and affiliated local chapters and the International Right of Way Association Bluegrass Chapter 25.
