In 2022, Stephanie accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading the company’s operations and sales.

Stephanie Ciampo joined RES in 2017 as Senior Manager, Financial, Planning, and Analysis and then promoted to Vice President of Finance, where she led the finance function for the company. Stephanie has over a decade of corporate finance and accounting experience in client-service and corporate environments. Before joining RES, she served as the Assistant Controller in the technology and consulting business unit for KBR, a publicly-traded global provider of professional services and technologies.

She holds an M.S. in Management Information Systems and a BBA in Accounting, both from Texas A&M University.
