Tim joined in 2016 as a Land Representative. In 2020, he was promoted to Land Manager, Southeast, where he is responsible for negotiating joint development opportunities and the acquisition of properties for RES’ South Carolina office. Tim came to RES with five years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, he worked as an Asset Management and Leasing Representative for Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) a real estate investment trust (REIT). His experience includes lease negotiations, property management, design & construction, and financial planning and analysis. Tim is passionate about conservation. He is an active member of his local Ducks Unlimited Chapter, and a member of the Coastal Conservation Association.
