RES Wins General Industry Service Award

Resource Environmental Solutions is pleased to announce receipt of the General Industry Service Award at the 2013 Northeast Oil and Gas Awards, held last week in Pittsburgh, PA. This award recognizes the outstanding achievements of those supplying and supporting the upstream and midstream sectors of the Oil and Gas industry, specifically rewarding success and commitments to health & safety, environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility.

RES received this award for its role maintaining the delicate balance of economic development and environmental stewardship. Development of the Marcellus Shale play requires numerous environmental permits from regulatory agencies. Key components of permit approvals are the mitigation solutions that demonstrate the ecological restoration activities used to offset unavoidable impacts from construction projects.
