This bank is the first wetland/stream mitigation bank in south-central Pennsylvania. Wetland and stream credits from this bank satisfy mitigation requirements in the PA State Waterplan Subbasin #7 (Lower Susquehanna Subbasin) including most of Lancaster, York, Lebanon, Dauphin, Cumberland counties, and portions of Chester, Perry, Franklin Berks, and Adams counties. This site will restore/rehabilitate/enhance 11,466 linear feet of stream channel and 1.63 acres of wetlands on a 51-acre site.
