RES performed work at Hickory Elementary School using contracts from both Harford County and Harford County Public Schools. RES’s main tasks for this project were replacing a riser, barrel pipe, and clay core in order to perform the principal spillway replacement. A submerged gravel wetland was installed to help with erosion and sediment controls, along with the installation of rip rap outfall areas from incoming stormwater pipes.
