RES provided construction services for Library Square, a stormwater management project located in downtown Baltimore. Library Square focused on utilizing limited urban space to generate nutrient removal and encourage infiltration of rain water.
RES built and installed three micro-bioretention facilities and a large area of permeable pavers. In addition to the functional improvements, hardscape and landscape features including decorative fence, marble stoop seating areas, and plantings were installed to create a more aesthetically pleasing setting integrated with the surrounding neighborhood.
