The Maple View Bank Site is located within the Upper New Hope Arm of the B. Everett Jordan Lake watershed. This section of Morgan Creek and two unnamed tributaries traversed the site and exhibited diminished habitat value as a result of past and ongoing agricultural activities and impervious watershed conditions. This bank site provides water quality improvements within the watershed through approximately 7.63 acres of re-forested buffer area. RES planted trees, providing run-off filtration and nutrient uptake along 2,000 linear feet of channel. Due to its location within the sub-watershed, the Maple View bank parcel has an 89% delivery factor for nitrogen removal and a 71% delivery factor for phosphorus removal.
