The Smokestack Mitigation Bank is in southwest Tennessee, less than 20 miles from the City of Memphis in Shelby County. The Bank is jointly located within the City of Lakeland and Arlington Township at the convergence of the Loosahatchie River and Cypress Creek. The site is approximately 345 acres in size. Mitigation activities at this site will occur throughout the property totaling an estimated 6,105 linear feet of existing stream corridor.
