Campaign Overview

Government, business, and the media landscape are quickly shifting focus to infrastructure restoration and solving climate change. This requires a team effort, with organizations raising awareness about why the public should care, and then connecting it back to communities and the direct impact it’s having on their quality of life today, and in the future. We are all citizens of the earth, and the earth is in us all. 

 To create awareness with the general LinkedIn and Instagram audience following the environmental space, as well as capture the best talent and acquisition partners, RES created a made-for-social video campaign that “surprises and delights” its audiences (recent college grads and up) that restoration is a better solution to address the climate and other environmental emergencies… and in the process, protect (and sometimes discover!) new species and habitats. 

 RES tapped into the absolute passion of its project managers – including those from newly acquired companies – by having them featured as storytellers. Employees captured selfie videos on-site at their projects, sharing their excitement for the resulting ecological uplift in their own communities, along with what it means to have their hands in the dirt for a career, and to be a part of RES and its vision, of restoring a resilient earth for a modern world. 

 This campaign focuses on the core RES themes – state-by-state coverage of pressing environmental challenges, species and habitat protection, and the necessary work and impact RES is having through the restoration of wetlands, coastlines, and watersheds across the US.
