Trey serves as a Director of Bank Development at RES. In this role he is responsible for managing and growing the company’s mitigation bank portfolio within the company’s Southeast, West, and Florida Regions.

Trey joined RES through the acquisition of Blueway in 2020. He cofounded Blueway in 2010 and was serving as its President & CEO at the time of the acquisition.  He also cofounded Mitigation Resource Group in 2007 and assembled his first mitigation site in 2006 in connection with the development of the Kia Motors manufacturing plant in West Point, Georgia.

Trey received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2004 and is Level II Rosgen Certified. Trey is a past board member of the Georgia Environmental Restoration Association, the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership, and the Georgia River Network.

John is a Client Solutions Manager in Ohio and West Virginia, joining RES in 2019 as a Land Representative. Before joining RES, he worked as a Senior Right of Way Acquisitions Agent working in the Marcellus Shale play.

John began his land career acquiring oil and gas leases in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Integrative Studies and actively volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America.

David leads the RES Gulf Coast and Midwest teams as Region General Manager. David’s team works ecological solutions for wetland, stream, habitat and nutrient reduction restoration projects.

David became General Manager, then Regional General Manager, after leading RES’ nationwide Land team. Prior to those promotions, David was a successful RES land representative having directly acquired or managed the purchase of over 6,500 acres and 50+ miles of stream linear footage in Louisiana, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

He joined RES after serving as a summer intern focused on RES Field Operations while attending the Louisiana State University. David, a Baton Rouge native, graduated from LSU in 2009 with a BS in Agricultural Economics. David is a licensed Louisiana real estate agent and active member of Ducks Unlimited.
