Michael was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, Southeast in January 2025 He works with various public and private sector clients to provide mitigation solutions.

Before joining RES, Michael was a design engineer, leading stream restoration design and supporting permitting processes. He earned his Professional Engineering license in early 2021.

Michael holds a B.S. in Biosystems Engineering from Auburn University.

Trey serves and the Credit Portfolio Manager for the Southeast region of RES. In this role he is charged with developing and implementing a commercial mitigation bank investment strategy.

Trey joined RES through the acquisition of Blueway in 2020. He cofounded Blueway in 2010 and Mitigation Resource Group in 2007. He assembled his first mitigation site in 2006 in connection with the development of the Kia Motors manufacturing plant in West Point, Georgia. Trey’s responsibilities include targeting new land acquisitions, creating joint ventures, overseeing the approval and implementation of mitigation projects, and managing the financial aspects of the business.

Trey received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2004 and is Level II Rosgen Certified. Trey is also a board member of the Georgia Environmental Restoration Association (GERA) and the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership (IGEL).

Mark is the Land Representative based in Georgia, educated and experienced in fluvial system dynamics and ecological restoration. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Geography from Jacksonville State University and Master of Science in Geography and Restoration Ecology from Auburn University.

In his spare time, Mark can be found kayaking and fishing on whitewater streams in the North Georgia mountains alongside his dog, Sauty.  With over a decade of experience as a whitewater rafting guide and naturalist, Mark is passionate about conservation and preserving our natural resources for future generations.
