Jon Kasitz serves as a Client Solutions Manager for RES’ Northeast offices. Based in Pennsylvania, Jon has been working with clients to solve environmental permitting challenges for energy and public/private sector projects since he began his career. Before joining RES in January 2015, Jon worked for 11 years with RETTEW Associates, a leading provider of comprehensive, integrated engineering and related consulting services, where he was Pipeline Market Manager. He holds a BS in Ecology and Biology from Millersville University.

Jack is a Client Solutions Associate, assisting Pennsylvania sales and business development activities.

Before joining RES, Jack was an environmental technician performing sampling, analytical, and reporting work. As a technical sales associate for a hazardous waste management company, he was immersed in the remediation and RCRA waste management services industries.

Jack holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Economics from The State University of New York at Buffalo.

Katie coordinates with state and federal agencies to prepare and obtain the necessary permits and approvals for projects in RES Northeast region. Prior to joining RES, she spent five years working in Pittsburgh as a senior technical and permitting lead consultant for several energy clients. Previously, she worked as an environmental scientist in the Pacific Northwest region, conducting wetland delineations, sediment sampling, water quality monitoring, mitigation monitoring, and salmonid habitat restoration. Katie completed an ORISE Fellowship at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters in Washington, DC, where she worked for two years in the Office of Wetlands, Oceans and Watersheds under the total maximum daily load program. She has also lived abroad, in Kamphuan, Thailand, where she carried out a watershed assessment study in association with USAID and the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok. Katie earned a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University, Durham, NC and a BA Geology, Magna Cum Laude, with Minors in Biology and English from Bryn Mawr College. She has completed Ohio EPA QHEI Training, Loss Prevention System Training/Certification 40-hour HAZWOPR Certification, Wetland Delineation Certification and Mountains, Valleys and Coast Regional Supplemental Seminar and Field Practicum from the Wetland Training Institute in addition to a Certificate in GIS and Geospatial Analysis from Duke University.

Curtis joined RES in 2017 as Land Representative for Pennsylvania and Ohio, before becoming the Northeast Region Land Manager in 2019.

Before joining RES, Curtis was a Real Estate Site Investigator with 84 Lumber in over 25 markets nationwide. Earlier, Curtis was a Land Representative for Williams securing land and leases across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, and was an Exploration and Production Land Agent with Snyder Brothers, Inc.

Curtis graduated from Seton Hill University with a BS in Marketing.

Joseph Westcott joined RES in 2019 as a Land Representative for the Pittsburgh office. Before RES, Joe secured leases for oil and gas exploration and production in the role of a Leasing Agent as an independent contractor for McDonald Land Services. As a Title Examiner for Western Land Services, Joe worked on a variety of projects across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Joe graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
