Charlie is an experienced client solutions leader in the nature-based and hybrid infrastructure solutions practice for municipal (PPP) and corporate clients. He is practiced in community resiliency planning, mitigation, and securing grant funding that produces environmental and economic lift through the implementation and management of turnkey project delivery. In his role, he is focused on providing climate adaptation & flood resiliency, coastal resiliency & living shoreline, and stormwater management & water quality solutions.

Before joining RES in 2022, Charlie was co-founder and leader of First Earth, an ESG/ environmental impact investment aggregator. He received his BA from Vanderbilt University and took Master Level Coursework in Real Estate Development from George Mason University. He is a Co-Founder & Executive Board Member of Hull Street Action, a community organization focused on the renaissance of the Hull Street corridor in Richmond, VA. He is also an active Big Brother volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

In his role as Operations Manager, Wes oversees all ecological construction projects in Virginia. Projects include stream restoration, wetland construction, shoreline stabilization, and bioretention facility construction for public and private sector clients. His responsibilities include overseeing Project Managers and Construction Administrators; field crew oversight; budget and schedule management; equipment and resource allocation; and mobilization prioritization and coordination.

Prior to serving in the role of Virginia Operations Manager, Wesley served as a Project Manager and Environmental Specialist for RES.

He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering and holds numerous professional certifications including his Registered Land Disturber Certification (RLD), VA Department of Conservation and Recreation, Certification, and Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.

In 2024, Curtis was appointed as the Regional Land Manager and operates from the RES office in Richmond. His primary role involves skillfully negotiating property acquisitions. Prior to joining RES, Curtis honed his expertise in real estate and business transactions through positions in law firms and within a mortgage company’s legal department.

Curtis is an alumnus of Hampden-Sydney College, and he holds a Juris Doctor degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a passionate outdoorsman who delights in activities such as hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family on the Chesapeake Bay.

Henry is a Land Representative out of the South Carolina office, where he is responsible for the negotiation of joint development opportunities and the acquisition of properties. Before joining RES in 2020, Henry spent two years in commercial real estate in the Charleston market. Henry is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, where he studied both Natural Resources and Business. Henry is a passionate outdoorsman and spent two seasons in Bristol Bay, Alaska, as a fly-fishing guide.
