Ryan is a Client Solutions Associate at RES. He was previously a Land Representative, covering the West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio regions. Ryan joined RES in 2021, bringing with him over sixteen years of experience in the land industry. His career began in 2007 with an oil and gas company in Oklahoma, where he worked on mineral leasing, pipeline, and powerline easements, as well as purchases for compressor stations and other oil and gas-related sites. He also has experience in title work.

When he’s not working, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors and participating in activities like hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing. His passion for the environment is evident in his work at RES, where he can work to preserve the environment he loves.

Ryan holds an A.S. in Business Management and is currently working towards his B.S. in Business Management at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Philip is a Client Solutions Manager at RES, leveraging relationships with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to drive successful outcomes across the Northeast. With experience managing stream and wetland mitigation banks in West Virginia, he has contributed to projects representing over $45M in potential revenue.

Before RES, Philip led divisional growth at MMC Land Management, transforming the company into an industry leader, and has over 16 years of development experience.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a Minor in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, is a Certified Wetland Delineator, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Jessica is a permitting analyst with RES focusing on obtaining permits from state and federal agencies for mitigation site plans and permittee responsible mitigation plans in West Virginia and elsewhere. Prior to joining RES, Jessica spent five years as the Senior Aquatic Biologist at West Virginia environmental consulting firm performing stream delineations, water and macroinvertebrate sampling, creating mitigation plans and obtaining state and federal permits. Jessica has worked with the Upper Susquehanna Coalition and the Isaac Walton League of America on vernal pool research projects and environmental education. Jessica has a BS in Environmental Policy and Management and an MPS in Water and Wetland Resources, both from SUNY-ESF in Syracuse, NY.

Curtis joined RES in 2017 as Land Representative for Pennsylvania and Ohio, before becoming the Northeast Region Land Manager in 2019.

Before joining RES, Curtis was a Real Estate Site Investigator with 84 Lumber in over 25 markets nationwide. Earlier, Curtis was a Land Representative for Williams securing land and leases across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, and was an Exploration and Production Land Agent with Snyder Brothers, Inc.

Curtis graduated from Seton Hill University with a BS in Marketing.

Joseph Westcott joined RES in 2019 as a Land Representative for the Pittsburgh office. Before RES, Joe secured leases for oil and gas exploration and production in the role of a Leasing Agent as an independent contractor for McDonald Land Services. As a Title Examiner for Western Land Services, Joe worked on a variety of projects across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Joe graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
