In 2014, RES entered West Virginia through the acquisition of Environmental Banc and Exchange (EBX).

EBX had been operating in this market since 2007 and both companies aligned around shared corporate values and a relentless commitment to environmental stewardship.

As the traditional oil and gas sector expanded, RES worked with a wide range of clients to support the expansion of this industry by providing large-scale environmental offset projects. Balancing necessary economic growth with responsible ecological restoration is central to our team’s mission throughout the state.

Today, with a focus on supporting the state’s growing infrastructure challenges as well as other industry leaders, RES is delivering high-quality, cost-effective mitigation solutions.
