Chris serves as a Project and Regulatory Manager for RES in South Carolina, bringing over 20 years of experience in ecological services, regulatory permitting, and project management. He plays a key role in advancing stream and wetland mitigation projects across the state, including both mitigation banking and turn-key, permittee-responsible solutions.
Prior to joining RES, Chris worked as an environmental consultant in Florida and South Carolina, where he conducted field surveys, wetland delineations, endangered species assessments, and managed a wide range of ecological projects. His depth of experience allows him to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and deliver effective, science-driven restoration outcomes.
Chris is a Professional Wetland Scientist certified by the Society of Wetland Scientists and an active member of the South Carolina Mitigation Association, where he supports the advancement of ecological mitigation practices across the state. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Presbyterian College.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and kayak fishing.
