Matt has more than 17 years of ecological restoration and management experience, working on small and large-scale restoration, streams and lakeshores, ravine stabilizations, and conservation corridors across the Upper Midwest.

He has worked on all aspects of projects, including conceptual design, proposal writing, estimating, implementation, project management, crew coordination, material procurement, and client management. His expertise covers a wide range of wetland and upland ecosystems with knowledge in invasive species management and native vegetation establishment.
