Tanner Garth is an ecological scientist with a masters degree from Texas A&M in Ecological Resource Management. In his fifth year at RES Tanner has touched all aspects of ecological and water resource restoration and mitigation offset delivery. Serving as the Client Solutions Manager for RES Tanner is passionately dedicated to utilizing his holistic experience to deliver the optimal solution for his clients from the Gulf Coast to the plains of the Southwest. He has designed and constructed over 40 mitigation banks and permittee responsible mitigation plan (PRM) projects. Additionally, he assists clients in other forms of water and ecological restoration including coastal restoration; water quality improvements; bottomland hardwood and swamp restoration; stormwater solutions; and endangered species habit restoration. Tanner provides technical expertise for various federal, state, and local projects regarding restoration techniques, budgeting, and feasibility for a wide range of land management activities. With over eight years of professional and academic experience as an ecological scientist and a lifetime of hands-on land management experience in private and public-sector restoration projects, he is an expert in restoration plan development and implementation.
