Reclamation Services for Complex Sites
Design-build reclamation for active mines, landfills, abandoned mine lands (AML), and industrial sites where environmental risk, regulatory pressure, and long-term performance matter.
Resource Environmental Solutions (RES) partners with operators, landowners, and public agencies to reclaim complex sites efficiently—reducing risk, simplifying delivery, and meeting regulatory and community expectations.
Reclamation challenges facing industrial and mining sites
What we deliver
RES delivers integrated reclamation and mine water solutions for complex sites, addressing soil, water, and ecological challenges that drive long-term risk and regulatory outcomes across mining, industrial, and legacy properties.
We combine technical rigor, regulatory expertise, and practical delivery through a design–build–maintain approach, bringing planning, construction, and long-term stewardship together under a single accountable partner.

Our work
Representative Reclamation Projects
Meadow Fork Clogged Stream | West Virginia
RES was selected to deliver the $20M Meadow Fork project using a design-build model, restoring more than 16,600 linear feet of clogged stream and addressing legacy mine hazards.
Cherokee County Superfund Site Wetland Restoration | Kansas
RES is supporting EPA-led remediation at the Cherokee County Superfund Site by providing wetland restoration planning, Professional Wetland Scientist oversight, and ecological monitoring along Tar Creek.
Flambeau Mine Reclamation | Wisconsin
RES led reclamation of the highly scrutinized Flambeau Mine, including surface stabilization, native revegetation, and long-term ecological monitoring, resulting in regulatory closure and national recognition.
