Endicott “Endi” Parks, PWS, is a Client Solutions Manager with RES, specializing in nature-based and hybrid infrastructure solutions for municipal, utility, and private-sector clients. He is experienced in environmental due diligence, remediation, and resiliency planning, with a focus on delivering projects that drive both ecological and economic value. In his role, Endi helps clients achieve their sustainability and infrastructure goals through innovative, turnkey approaches that integrate climate adaptation, flood and coastal resiliency, and stormwater and water-quality improvement.

Before joining RES, Endi worked in environmental consulting, where he supported public and private clients across the Mid-Atlantic in environmental planning, assessment, and permitting efforts. He is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Old Dominion University. Endi also serves on the Board, Membership, and Young Professionals Committees of HRACRE, helping advance collaboration and growth within the regional development community.

A lifelong outdoorsman and conservationist, Endi spends much of his free time hunting, fishing, surfing, and diving—pursuits that deepen his connection to the landscapes and ecosystems he works to protect and restore.
