With RES for over eight years, Brittany has extensive knowledge of Louisiana’s 404 program requirements and the statewide compensatory mitigation market. She works with our Louisiana clients to develop and implement compensatory mitigation solutions that match their 404 permitting requirements, managing RES bank sales and PRM development.

A native of Acadiana, Brittany graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Natural Science focused on Environmental Geology.

Ross works in the Lafayette, Louisiana office as the Gulf Coast Region Land Manager. Ross has extensive experience working with landowners in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, Illinois and Ohio. Ross is a Registered Landman and Active Member of the American Association of Professional Landmen as well as the Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen. His experience includes lease acquisition, title research and curative work and he will be taking the Louisiana state real estate test in the near future.

Frank is the General Manager, Gulf Coast working out of the Lafayette, Louisiana office. He joined RES in May 2016 to provide leadership for Gulf Coast Operations. Previously, Frank spent six years with CB&I ‘s Natural Resource Division where he was responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects within the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection, and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) program. He managed project financials, schedules, and invoicing while maintaining and cultivating strong client relationships. He has over six years of wetland permitting related experience, geared towards federal and state environmental regulations, policies, and procedures, and was part of a biological team that identified and mapped critical habitat of endangered species along the gulf coast. Before CB&I, Frank was field manager for an 800-acre freshwater habitat land bank. Frank holds a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from McNeese State University.

Brian works in the Lafayette, Louisiana office as the Operations Land Representative for the Gulf Coast Region. In this position, he supports the Gulf Coast land team and oversees all operational land obligations. He has been with RES since March 2019 and has ten years of previous experience in project management, project design, data analysis and management in the oil and gas industry. Brian is also a volunteer Student Pastor at a local church.

Jordan is a Land Representative for the Gulf Coast region, based out of RES’ Lafayette, LA office.

Before joining RES in 2022, Jordan spent nearly five years leading land acquisition efforts on coastal restoration projects with the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana. He also has more than five years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focused on lease acquisition, title research, and due diligence.

Jordan serves on the board of directors for the Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen and is a graduate of the Professional Land and Resource Management program at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
