Alex Pasquini is a Land Representative for South Carolina, based in Charleston. In this role, he leads efforts in property acquisition and the negotiation of joint development opportunities.
Alex brings over a decade of experience in environmental restoration and land development. Before joining the land team, he spent more than five years working as an ecologist and environmental scientist in stream and wetland mitigation, with a focus on site assessment, design, permitting, monitoring, and maintenance. He also served as a Wildlife Biologist for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, where he worked on coastal restoration projects involving oyster shell recycling and planting.
In addition to his environmental work, Alex has experience in the Charleston real estate market.
Alex holds a Master of Science in Environmental Studies and a Master of Public Administration from the College of Charleston. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He and his wife have called Charleston home for nearly 15 years. Outside of work, Alex enjoys boating, hiking, and exploring the creeks and marshes of the South Carolina Lowcountry and the mountains of North Carolina with his wife and two young sons.
