About Amir Motamedi

Amir Motamedi joined Onex in 2006 and is responsible for sourcing and executing investments in the Business Services sector for the firm’s large-cap private equity platform, Onex Partners. Mr. Motamedi has worked on the platform’s investments in RES, Newport Healthcare, Ryan LLC, ASM Global, Clarivate Analytics, Emerald Expositions, Advanced Integration Technology, and BBAM. Mr. Motamedi currently serves on the boards of Ryan LLC, ASM Global, and RES.

Prior to joining Onex, Mr. Motamedi was with the Investment Banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.

Mr. Motamedi holds a B.A. and B. Comm. from McGill University.
