Amy is a civil/environmental engineer based in Missouri. She has 20 years of experience supporting natural resources for the public sector. Before joining RES, she held key roles for the USDA Forest Service, the US Army, and the Missouri Water Resources Center.

Amy has unique and diverse capabilities. She prides herself on her collaborative, empathetic, and client-service-driven approach to problem solving and strives to bridge the gap between engineering and nature.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), a Federal Contracting Officer Representative 3 (COR3), and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP). During her career, she has received many awards, including the U.S. Army’s Achievement Medal for Civilian Service and multiple awards for safety, performance, and achievement with the Forest Service. Her most recent accomplishment was beating stage 2b breast cancer, which compelled her to align her career with her passion for nature-based solutions.
