August is the Regional Land Manager for RES’ Southeast region. August has been working at RES for nearly seven years, procuring land and helping develop eleven mitigation projects covering over 350 acres of protected stream and wetland corridors throughout North Carolina. While working on these projects, he has obtained various land and legal diligence skills, including mortgage/lien subordination approvals, bankruptcy approvals, and boundary line agreements and adjustments.

August is a licensed NC real estate broker, and before joining RES, he specialized in residential real estate in Raleigh. August received his BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
