Ben is the VP, East at RES, overseeing sales, operations, and personnel within his region. His teams develop stream, wetland, and nutrient banks, perform turnkey mitigation and water quality projects for regulatory compliance, and implement resiliency projects to manage water volume and supply. His teams also collaborate with the private sector on voluntary, nature-based projects that reduce operational risk, meet stewardship targets, and enhance their reputation.

Ben joined the FP&A team at RES in 2018 and was promoted to Mid-Atlantic General Manager in 2020 before moving into the VP, East position in 2022.  Ben has a BA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from The Robins School at The University of Richmond.
