Brandy serves as the Regulatory Manager for RES in Tennessee and Georgia, bringing deep regulatory expertise and a strong technical background in ecological restoration. Prior to joining RES, she worked as a Project Manager for an In-Lieu Fee Program, where she developed a keen understanding of regulatory processes and compliance strategies.
For the past seven years, Brandy has focused on enhancing the efficiency and quality of data collection and validation to support regulatory needs in both Tennessee and Georgia. She is an active member of the Tennessee and Georgia Environmental Restoration Associations, contributing through service on multiple subcommittees.
Brandy holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee. She is a recognized fluvial geomorphologist and a subject-matter expert in the Stream Quantification Tool at RES.
Brandy lives in Chattanooga with her husband and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends.
