Colleen is the Client Solutions Manager for North Carolina at RES, where she leverages her deep expertise in ecological restoration, green infrastructure, and project management. Before joining RES, she was Vice President of District Operations for the Cortex Innovation District in St. Louis, overseeing the master development of a 200-acre innovation hub and managing public realm operations, including security and construction management.
Colleen has served as General Manager for an ecological restoration company, leading various restoration projects across the Midwest. With a strong focus on sustainable practices, she specializes in native plant installations and is a licensed ISA Arborist, bringing a high level of proficiency in green infrastructure and land management.
Colleen holds a BS in Sustainability from Washington University.
Outside work, she enjoys traveling, surfing, and attending concerts with her husband and daughter. On weekends, they spend their time hiking, kayaking, and attending volleyball tournaments while also supporting local restaurants and breweries.
