About Frank Cuccio

Frank is the General Manager, Gulf Coast working out of the Lafayette, Louisiana office. He joined RES in May 2016 to provide leadership for Gulf Coast Operations. Previously, Frank spent six years with CB&I ‘s Natural Resource Division where he was responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects within the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection, and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) program. He managed project financials, schedules, and invoicing while maintaining and cultivating strong client relationships. He has over six years of wetland permitting related experience, geared towards federal and state environmental regulations, policies, and procedures, and was part of a biological team that identified and mapped critical habitat of endangered species along the gulf coast. Before CB&I, Frank was field manager for an 800-acre freshwater habitat land bank. Frank holds a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from McNeese State University.
