Jamey McEachran is the Regulatory Manager for RES in North Carolina. She leads a team of highly qualified and passionate ecologists, regulatory specialists, and project managers across the state and facilitates regulatory coordination and program oversight across a wide variety of compensatory mitigation projects.

With a strong passion for ecological restoration and deep experience navigating the environmental regulatory landscape, Jamey has played a key role in the development of more than 60 projects throughout North Carolina. She works closely with state and federal regulators, as well as a variety of clients, to identify and deliver optimal restoration solutions.

Jamey values the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team that shares her commitment to RES’ mission, and is always eager to find an excuse to spend a day outdoors.

Outside of work, Jamey enjoys hiking, water sports, and attending concerts with her husband and kids. Weekends are often spent exploring local parks and restaurants, biking the greenways, and playing with their dog.
