Kaitlin has been involved in stream and wetland-related work across the eastern and midwestern U.S., including Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina, for over 10 years. Her expertise focuses on stream and wetland delineations, threatened/endangered species habitat assessments, mitigation assessments, project evaluation, and Section 404/401 permitting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and state authorities. Currently, she serves as the Advisory Services Lead for Kentucky and helps direct clients needing consulting advice related to delineations, mitigation, and 404/401 permitting. She understands environmental and permitting challenges and has managed various projects from the initial field assessment phase to the final permitting approvals. She is eager to work with clients and agencies to satisfy their project needs and obtain project approval.
Kaitlin holds a B.A. in Biology from Hanover College and an M.S. in Biology from Winthrop University. She is also a certified Professional Wetlands Scientist (PWS).
