Kale serves as a Client Solutions Manager and Land Manager at RES, focusing on North Florida. He has an extensive background in land acquisition, disposition, assemblage, conservation easements, and agriculture. He is responsible for identifying and securing new mitigation bank projects and strategic land tracts at RES. He works closely with landowners and the brokerage community to solidify land values, support ownership legacy, and advance the preservation of natural Florida.

Before joining RES in early 2023, Kale was the U.S. Director of Agribusiness at CBRE, where he brokered institutional agricultural investments domestically and internationally.

Kale earned his Bachelor’s in Real Estate & Finance from Florida State University.
