About Lucas Lilly

Lucas is the General Manager, Midwest working out of the Chicago, Illinois office. He joined RES in 2017 as a Land Representative for the Midwest Region. Lucas is a native of Altamont, Illinois, and attended the University of Illinois earning a BS in Recreation Management while completing an Environmental Fellowship. Lucas also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans. Lucas has over nine years of land acquisition experience having successfully acquired right-of-way and land rights for public infrastructure projects throughout southeast Louisiana with construction values totaling more than $450 million. His experience includes ArcGIS analysis, site selection, feasibility, due diligence, community outreach, regulatory permitting, title research, property acquisition, negotiation, curative title, and utility coordination.
