Terence is a conservation professional with 19 years of technical restoration experience. His diverse natural resource background includes specializing in managing large-scale grassland, stream, and forest revegetation and restoration projects. He also has extensive experience in wildland fire management, wildlife management, large crew operations, and enterprise-level risk management. In addition to managing restoration operations, Terence has designed, implemented, and managed ecological restoration projects that involved invasive species control, native plant establishment, wetland mitigation, and site monitoring. He has managed the landscape restoration of hundreds of thousands of acres of grasslands and forests across North America.
