Trey serves and the Credit Portfolio Manager for the Southeast region of RES. In this role he is charged with developing and implementing a commercial mitigation bank investment strategy.
Trey joined RES through the acquisition of Blueway in 2020. He cofounded Blueway in 2010 and Mitigation Resource Group in 2007. He assembled his first mitigation site in 2006 in connection with the development of the Kia Motors manufacturing plant in West Point, Georgia. Trey’s responsibilities include targeting new land acquisitions, creating joint ventures, overseeing the approval and implementation of mitigation projects, and managing the financial aspects of the business.
Trey received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2004 and is Level II Rosgen Certified. Trey is also a board member of the Georgia Environmental Restoration Association (GERA) and the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership (IGEL).
