The Babb Creek Mitigation Bank, located in the Susquehanna River Watershed, provides critical stream and wetland mitigation credits for Pennsylvania State Water Plan Subbasin 09 and other approved secondary service areas.

RES is leading the effort to implement a wide range of restoration and enhancement activities to maximize ecological uplift while minimizing disturbance and construction impacts on the surrounding environment. Through our work, RES will restore and establish self-sustaining, functional streams, wetlands, and riparian areas. These restoration efforts will preserve essential habitats and contribute to the long-term health and sustainability of the region’s natural resources.
