Chris joined RES in April 2020 as a Project Manager in the Charleston, South Carolina office, and has over 15 years of environmental consulting and mitigation experience. His role includes providing technical assistance, feasibility analyses, and site evaluations to determine regulatory and technical requirements and constraints for new mitigation opportunities. He is adept at delivering a variety of mitigation projects on-time and within scope and budget.
Previous experience as an environmental consultant with Passarella and Associates, Inc. includes extensive state, federal, and local permitting through regulatory agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), and SCDHEC Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM), as well as various Florida regulatory agencies.
Chris is a native of Charleston and graduated from Presbyterian College with a B.S. in Biology. He is a Professional Wetland Scientist (#2103) through the Society of Wetland Scientists.
