Transcript:

Vernal pool tadpole shrimp, a listed endangered species. Found thriving this month on our North Suisun Mitigation Bank in Solano County, CA, this shrimp is the size of a penny and looks almost exactly like its fossilized ancestors that lived millions of years ago. Our mitigation bank provides habitat for these shrimp, along with the vernal pool fairy shrimp and California tiger salamander. RES is dedicated to the preservation of 19 endangered species through our banks across the country. We are proud to support Endangered Species Day.
