With over 14 years of experience in the industry and based in Ohio, Heather serves as Director of Sales Operations. In this role, Heather helps public and private sector clients comply with regulations, streamline their permitting process and supply wetland, stream, habitat, and stormwater solutions that improve water resources and quality of life in local communities.
Heather began her professional career with the Ohio Attorney General’s office working on different types of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) enforcement actions including Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) stormwater program development, permit compliance, and enforcement. She later served as a vice president with a start-up national consulting and BMP implementation & maintenance firm where she was instrumental in its expansion into 25 states. Before moving back to Ohio, Heather led Angler Environmental’s design, consulting, and field ecology teams throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Heather holds a BS degree in Environmental Science and a Certificate in Leadership from Marietta College, as well as a J.D. in Environmental Law from Capital University Law School.
