Holly is a Client Solutions Manager for RES’ West Region with more than 20 years of experience building partnerships, securing funding, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that advance environmental stewardship, community resilience, and sustainable resource management.

Before joining RES, Holly served as a Senior Environmental Planner at ICF and spent more than a decade as Executive Director of the Sacramento River Watershed Program, a collaborative nonprofit dedicated to protecting and improving the health of the Sacramento River watershed. In that role, she led regional partnerships and secured more than $20 million in funding for watershed restoration and resilience initiatives.

Her expertise includes watershed management, ecosystem restoration, wildfire resilience, environmental planning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. Holly holds a Master of Arts in Geography with a concentration in Environmental Policy and Planning, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Natural Resources Management and Sociology from California State University, Chico.

Holly partners with clients to develop practical, collaborative solutions that balance ecological health, community resilience, and land use needs while delivering meaningful environmental outcomes.
