Will’s experience encompasses all facets of ecological construction, construction administration, and management, including estimating and bid documentation, permit approval and compliance, as well as construction implementation for multiple types of ecological restoration projects. He has been involved with the construction of Stormwater Management (SWM) facilities and utilities; creation and enhancement of wetlands, shorelines, and other sensitive habitats; stream stabilization and restoration projects; installation, inspection, and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls; and unique projects for stabilization of vulnerable areas.

In 2022, Will was named State Business Manager for Maryland.

Will earned his B.S. in Environmental Geology from William and Mary. In 2024, he was named President-Elect of the Maryland Stream Restoration Association.
