As RES continued to grow across the country, oil & gas clients from Texas brought our team to Pennsylvania in 2010 to help address regulatory challenges to meet mitigation needs.

RES was the first company to bring commercial off-the-shelf wetland and stream mitigation solutions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our solutions allow commercial, residential, and governmental developers to obtain project permits when unavoidably impacting wetlands, streams, and critical habitats.

In the summer of 2013, after three years of development, we received approval for the first commercial state-wide mitigation instrument and opened our first office. We grew organically to support ecological sound economic development for our clients in the energy sector infrastructure in commercial development.

RES entered the state with a series of small to midsize mitigation banks and since have provided large-scale turnkey PRM bank and water quality solutions. Our company, in this region, is the most experienced flood plan restoration and implementation entity in the upper northeast which has a multitude of water quality benefits for the watershed implemented.

Recently, we began providing innovative water quality solutions within the state by building large-scale projects to help the city of Philadelphia meet its “green acre” obligations.
