Frankie leads RES client engagement and solution development activities. Frankie excels at developing ecological offset solutions for clients that have unavoidable impacts to protected resources. His efforts have resulted in timely permits for clients with complex linear corridor and plant site projects throughout Louisiana, Texas and other RES operating regions. Frankie joined RES in 2010 after a successful career in upscale steakhouse management with Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group. Frankie’s ability to forge meaningful relationships with clients and regulators enabled him to enter his current leadership role at RES in 2014, supervising sales professionals across RES’ operating footprint. He is a certified Wine Sommelier and obtained his BA in Political Science from Louisiana State University. Frankie graduated with the 2014 class of Leadership Lafayette, a program designed to empower participants through community leadership.
