As Client Solutions Manager, Construction, James works with clients to identify stormwater management opportunities, ranging from complex 10,000-foot stream mitigation projects to equally important smaller shoulder drain projects.

Before RES, James served as Senior Business Development Officer for Carolina Environmental Contracting (CEC), a North Carolina contracting firm specializing in the delivery of stormwater and stream restoration solutions.

James holds a North Carolina General Contractors License and is an active member of the Specialty Contractor Advisory Council for the Carolina Chapter of the Association of General Contractors (AGC).
