As Client Solutions Manager, James partners with clients to develop and deliver stream and wetland restoration solutions, with a strong emphasis on design-build approaches for complex, large-scale mitigation projects. He is passionate about seeing projects come to life and delivering ecological uplift and resilience to the communities they serve. His work is grounded in the application of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS) to address environmental challenges while creating lasting value.
Prior to RES, James served as Senior Business Development Officer at Carolina Environmental Contracting (CEC), a North Carolina contractor specializing in turnkey erosion and sediment control solutions and stream and wetland restoration.
James holds a North Carolina General Contractors License.
