Steve is a Client Solutions Manager at RES, bringing more than a decade of experience to help clients navigate complex environmental challenges across the Midwest. He partners with clients to move restoration and mitigation projects forward, providing strategic guidance, technical insight, and coordinated support from early planning through execution.
Steve works closely with project stakeholders to identify practical, effective solutions that balance environmental goals, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. His background in environmental solutions and renewable energy allows him to anticipate site-specific risks and opportunities, helping clients make informed decisions that improve outcomes and long-term performance.
Prior to joining RES, Steve supported large-scale renewable energy and reclamation efforts, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to address soil health, erosion control, and site sustainability. He has also contributed to the development of innovative tools and approaches that help evaluate environmental conditions and optimize project success.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Horticulture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI) and holds an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate.
