Wesley joined RES as an Analyst delivering market research and analysis for the Midwest region, in 2016 after competing two internships with RES. Today, Wesley operates as a Land Representative for the state of Texas, where he works with landowners to qualify and distribute land-based solutions for wetland and stream restoration projects. His duties include conducting land analysis, acquiring potential wetland and stream mitigation sites, and maintaining excellent landowner relationships.

Prior to RES, while completing his degree programs, Wesley interned with both the International Association of Geophysical Contractors and Texas American Resources, an oil and gas company. Wesley, a Houston Texas native, completed a dual degree program at Texas A&M University with a BS in Renewable Natural Resources and a BS in Spatial Sciences.
