Angel is Regulatory Manager, where she oversees RES’ projects in Tennessee and Georgia and is primarily responsible for developing and managing ecosystem restoration projects throughout the Southeast.

Over the past five years, she has been successful in facilitating the implementation of several mitigation banks while promoting the growth of the Southeast’s environmental services. She is a board member and student workshop instructor for Wetland Environmental Learning Projects, a board member for Tennessee Conservation Voters and the Tennessee Ecosystem Restoration Association, and also volunteers as an instructor for the Tennessee Naturalist Program. In addition, Angel is a cofounder and maker for Earthwhile Collective.

She earned her MS in Biology/Biological Sciences from Austin Peay State University.
