As a Mitigation Bank Program Manager, Kaesy is charged with creating restoration solutions for private and public sector clients and overseeing RES’ Florida mitigation bank program and mitigation bank sales.

Kasey has managed over 15 mitigation bank projects in North Carolina and Florida and has over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, project management, land negotiations, conservation easement closings, permit compliance, and restoration construction and implementation. Additionally, Kasey has planned, managed, and executed a broad range of ecological projects, including compensatory mitigation, wetland delineations, Clean Water Act Section 404/401/ERP permitting, NEPA documentation, endangered plant and animal surveys, gopher tortoise relocations and biological monitoring in upland and aquatic sites.

Before joining RES, Kasey led business development initiatives throughout Florida, coordinating and working with key Stakeholders in both the mitigation banking private and public sectors to find solutions for key issues in the mitigation banking industry. She also previously managed coastal restoration projects and oversaw environmental permit compliance on large Florida Department of Transportation projects.

Kasey holds an MBA and B.S. in Environmental Studies. Additionally, she is a PMI Project Management Professional.
